Glenn Mincey
U.S. Head of Private Equity
Glenn is U.S. Head of Private Equity. He specializes in the use of partnerships and limited liability companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and restructurings. Glenn is responsible for a broad range of U.S. multi-national and foreign-owned clients doing business as a single entity or in joint venture and has extensive experience with a wide range of complex tax matters relating to his clients鈥� businesses. Glenn鈥檚 current and past clients include leaders in private equity and financial services industries. Glenn is also an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center where he teaches a course on partnership tax for J.D. and LL.M. students.聽
Glenn joined the U.S. member firm of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2008 as a direct-entry partner. Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Glenn served in the Office of Chief Counsel of the IRS鈥檚 National Office and was subsequently a member of another big 4 firm鈥檚 Washington National Tax office.
