Turgay serves as a Managing Director in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Customer and Operations (C&O) Financial Services practice and brings over 25 years of experience in global financial services within investment banks and FinTech service providers.
He has led and implemented large-scale operations and technology transformation programs. In addition, he has led engagements on T+1 and LIBOR transition, resolution planning, KYC / AML, prime brokerage, operations outsourcing, along with middle and back-office operating and technology model transformation for global investment banks. Turgay is also a part of the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Connected Operations, US Treasury Clearing, and T+1 campaigns.
Prior to 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, he led change management, equity, and operations technology teams at an investment bank and was a product manager for a leading post-trade processing system.
