Josh McConkey is a Managing Director in the Washington National Tax 鈥� Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution group at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, and based in the Firm鈥檚 Dallas office.聽 He focuses his practice on developing, implementing, and documenting tax-efficient transfer pricing structures for North American, European, and Asian markets.聽 In addition, Josh advises clients on domestic tax controversy matters and international dispute resolution procedures, including Advance Pricing Agreements and Competent Authority cases.聽
Prior to law school, Josh served in the speechwriting office at the White House and later as an Executive Director of a national political organization in Washington, D.C.聽
