At 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Ashley focuses on providing various U.S. and international tax consulting services, specifically in regard to tax issues that arise in connection with cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions, tax-free reorganizations, restructurings, and divestitures.
