Asad Markatia
Senior Manager, Tax
Asad is a senior manager with the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 State and Local Tax practice based in Dallas, Texas primarily focused on state income/franchise tax. He has more than 12 years of experience in state income/franchise tax focusing on broad range of client industries including consumer market and retail/manufacturing industry.
Asad is responsible for managing large multi-state compliance and consulting engagements for U.S. and multinational companies, state tax planning, state audit defense, state VDAs, nexus studies and state apportionment analysis.
