Alex Mainiero
Managing Director
Alex is a Managing Director in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Deal Advisory practice, with a focus on Financial Diligence within the Practice鈥檚 Consumer and Retail industry vertical. During her nearly 13 years of experience with the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Deal Advisory and Strategy practice Alex has advised on numerous transformational and complex M&A transactions for strategic clients and has assisted with both buy-side and sell-side transactions ranging in purchase price. Her engagements have involved both U.S. and international clients and target companies. Alex鈥檚 greatest area of expertise has been on significant complex carve-out buy-side and sell-side engagements with numerous multi-disciplinary teams.
