Peter Lyster
Principal, Tax
Peter Lyster is a principal in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Economic & Valuation Services group. Peter provides economic analysis, financial advisory, and business valuation services to public and privately held companies.
Peter has conducted valuations of enterprises, partial interests, as well as specific intangible assets. He frequently performs appraisals for transaction, financial reporting, gift and estate tax, and income tax purposes. Peter completed a three-year rotation in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Department of Professional Practice. In this role, Peter advised audit engagement teams on valuation matters and helped develop firmwide accounting, valuation, and audit guidance for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 partners, professionals, and clients. Peter has served as the Chairman of the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Valuation Services Technical Committee.
