Ron is the Managing Partner of the ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Silicon Valley practice responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the Silicon Valley market and for building on the ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø reputation as a great place to build a career.
Also a partner in the Advisory practice with more than 25 years of experience, Ron has worked his entire career in Silicon Valley, assisting multinational technology companies with their financial and risk management needs. Ron previously served as the ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Advisory practice leader in Silicon Valley.

Ron earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an accounting emphasis, from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo. Ron also serves on the board of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group.
