Patrick A. Lee is a Senior Advisor with the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Board Leadership Center. In his role, he supports initiatives to provide audit committee members and directors with practical insights, resources, and peer-exchange opportunities focusing on the array of challenges facing boards and businesses today鈥攊ncluding financial reporting, risk management, emerging technologies, strategy and global compliance.
Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 LLP in 2004, Pat practiced law for more than 25 years. He began his legal career as a tax attorney with a major Ohio law firm, and subsequently served in various legal capacities for Verizon Communications and its predecessor companies, Bell Atlantic and Nynex Corporation. At various points in his legal career, he served as General Counsel for the Nynex Telecommunications Group, and as Associate General Counsel for Bell Atlantic and Verizon, during which time his responsibilities included corporate governance, regulatory, and commercial law matters.
