Petre is a senior manager in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Department of Professional Practice and is currently a member of the SEC rules and regulations, Business combinations, Consolidation & equity method, and IFRS topic teams.
Petre is currently on secondment from 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Canada, where he served as an audit partner on a wide range of companies from large international SEC registrants to intermediate and small international and domestic public companies covering both US GAAP and IFRS accounting frameworks.
Petre has twenty years of professional and industry experience with focus on multinational entities with complex structures and accounting considerations. He has assisted clients with initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, debt offerings, prospectuses and business acquisition reports in Canada, United States, Poland, United Kingdom and Taiwan on an array of exchanges including the TSX, NYSE, Oslo, AIM and the Warsaw exchange.
