Jeff is a Director in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 TMT Corporate Strategy practice and has more than 20 years of Telecom experience in the areas of corporate strategy, M&A, and business operations. He has extensive experience in the telecom industry and is a seasoned practitioner working with enterprises on developing corporate strategies, driving strategic initiatives and executing M&A transactions.
Jeff has worked with domestic and international TMT聽companies on both buy-side and sell-side transactions across the M&A lifecycle including acquisition identification, diligence, valuation, integration and divestitures. He also has experience with corporations across various strategic initiatives including market analysis, multi-year strategic planning and execution, and has worked with companies in the areas of strategic operation planning, transformation initiatives, and optimization.
