Adam serves multiple clients in the online and casino, travel, consumer products, retail, and technology industries to support their tax and transfer pricing goals, including global expansions, valuing and migrating intangible property rights, establishing global principal companies, and restructuring supply chain operations. He has supported several clients with BEPS readiness initiatives, ensuring proper substance, and to align the tax and operating strategy with the intended outcomes.

He works hand-in-hand with BTS, International tax, VAT, and customs experts to support global expansions and value chain strategies, and to minimize potential tax impacts of the client’s business goals. By teaming with other subject matter experts, he has helped clients implement novel solutions that meet their business and operating needs, while minimizing tax burdens and complexity.
