Nader is a Tax Principal in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 New York Alternative Investment practice and has been with the firm for 8 years. He has more than 23 years of extensive experience in tax advisory and compliance in the financial services arena.
Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, he was the Global Head of Tax and Product Development at a large multi-national investment company. He was also the Assistant Vice President and Global Tax Manager at global financial security services organization.
Nader serves as lead tax partner on several hedge and private equity clients providing them with tax consulting advice and tax compliance services. In his role, Nader is responsible for the review of the tax compliance process for such clients, which includes the review of taxable income calculations, tax allocations, analysis of characterization of transactions, and U.S. tax withholding issues. Nader also has extensive experience in various fund structures including, but not limited to, master-feeder structures, multi-strategy, and fund of funds. He has an in-depth knowledge of the taxation of various financial products as well as the tax and informational reporting requirements of the funds to the taxing authorities and their investors.
Nader acts as subject matter expert in providing tax technical knowledge in operationalizing technology and delivery excellence. Nader has helped develop some of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 innovation in providing tax regulatory and compliance solutions in the area of tax transformation and reporting.聽
