- International Rectifier鈥檚 global carve-out of its of its Power Control Systems businesses in China, Italy, India and the United States;
- Spectra Energy鈥檚 carve-out and spin-off of its natural gas storage and transportation assets;
- eBay鈥檚 carve-out and sale of its Rent.com business to Primedia, Inc;
- Apria鈥檚 carve-out and sale of its infusion and enteral segment to CVS;
- eBay鈥檚 carve-out and spin-off of PayPal;
- eBay鈥檚 carve out and sale of its Enterprise business; and,
