Currently serving as a Managing Director in the Department of Professional Practice (DPP). Danielle鈥檚 responsibilities primarily relate to financial instruments and include: assisting in forming our official interpretations of the accounting literature, advising audit teams on complex and emerging accounting issues, providing input for comment letters to the FASB and IASB, monitoring the FASB and IASB financial instruments projects, developing and presenting US GAAP, and contributing to 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 publications. She also focuses on technical accounting issues surrounding consolidation and financial asset transfers.
Prior to DPP, Danielle served in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Advisory practice where she provided technical accounting advice to clients on complex accounting matters under US GAAP and IFRS.
