Amanda is a Senior Manager based in London. She advises European and Middle Eastern based investors on US tax issues relevant to all aspects of the investment life cycle, including acquiring US operations, maintaining or restructuring existing lines of business, and strategies for exiting the U.S. Prior to moving to London in 2012, Amanda worked for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 U.S. in Dallas where she assisted her U.S. headquartered clients with their cross-border investments.
Amanda has extensive experience advising clients with their U.S. investments across a variety of asset classes, including direct and co-investment opportunities.聽 In additional to providing transactional advice, Amanda routinely advises her clients on technical issues pertinent to their investments, including return filing positions, providing written opinions on key issues, structuring implementation and operating guidelines. She also helps her clients manage communication regarding tax matters with key stakeholders.聽聽
