Alysha S. Horsley serves as a Partner in the Financial Services Practice at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 with experience serving both regional bank accounts and the firm鈥檚 largest financial services accounts. Alysha also serves as an SEC Reviewing Partner focusing on banking. Alysha has over 20 years of experience performing financial statement audit and attest services for financial services clients. She has served global financial services companies offering retail, investment banking and asset management services. Alysha works closely with clients on SEC filing matters, accounting and financial reporting issues, as well as regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., Regulation AB, FDICIA, and HUD). Ms. Horsley is a member of the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 TREE network helping clients understand the importance of ESG to their business strategy and external reporting.
