Simon Hart
Partner, Private Equity and Alternatives Tax
Simon Hart is a Director in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 UK Private Equity and Alternatives Tax team and has over 14 years鈥� experience of working with asset managers, investment funds, and institutional investors.聽 Simon has a focus on alternative funds across asset classes, including credit and real assets.聽 Simon is a member of the UK Investment Association tax committee and has co-authored chapters published in two tax books 鈥� The Taxation of Collective Investment Schemes, and Property Tax.聽 Simon led 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 response to the HM Treasury consultation on Qualifying Asset Holding Companies and was a member of the related HM Treasury working group.聽 Prior to qualifying as a chartered accountant, Simon read Government and Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
