Bob is a Managing Director for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 CF LLC and co-heads the Firm鈥檚 Consumer & Retail Corporate Finance practice and leads its Food & Beverage sector team in the United States. Bob is based in the Chicago office.
Bob has over 20 years of experience as an investment banker with extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, equity offerings, fixed income, high yield bonds and leveraged loans.聽 Clients have included Fortune 500 publicly traded companies, private companies and private equity funds.
Bob provides investment banking services and advisory services, including Mergers & Acquisitions advisory (buy-side & sell-side) and Capital Structure advisory services to public and private companies. Areas of focus include agribusiness, ingredients, food & beverage products, health & wellness products and nutraceuticals.
Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Bob was a Principal with J.H. Chapman Group, a boutique advisory firm focused on the food and consumer products industries. Prior to J.H. Chapman, Bob founded a boutique investment banking firm focused on privately held companies, primarily in the Midwest. Bob鈥檚 investment banking experience includes roles as a Managing Director in J.P. Morgan鈥檚 Mid-Corporate investment banking group, Director at Citigroup Global Markets and Vice President at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. In addition to Consumer Markets, Bob鈥檚 experience includes industrial manufacturing, automotive, transportation and business services
Bob holds a B.S. in Finance from he University of Detroit, and has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.聽
