Amiran is a Managing Director in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Advisory practice with over 11 years of advisory experience with a focus in Health and Human Services. He has a strong background across the full life cycle of project delivery. He brings strong program knowledge of Health Benefit Exchanges, SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, CHIP, Child Care etc. including an understanding of the interactions of these programs with other programs. He has extensive experience in the Integrated Eligibility Systems and Services that support these programs.
Amiran has experience in the full modernization life cycle of large systems implementation, PM/QA, IV&V, in the Public Sector, serving State and Local Governments in the Health and Human Services domain. He specializes in organizational analysis and transformation through business architecture, process design, and program efficiency improvement, and system implementations. His prior experience includes work at The United Nations and accounting management for small business.
Amiran brings knowledge and experience from multiple bodies of knowledge within the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and holds professional certifications in the areas of project management. He has experience working in complex, multi-year, multi-million-dollar public sector transformation and implementation projects.
