With over 20 years of experience as a HR and Payroll advisor, Jagoba has lead large-scale transformation programs and cultivating high-performing cultures. His work goes beyond short-term results to bring holistic, sustainable performance to organizations. His approach to transformation—putting people first—focuses on energizing and empowering employees while enabling leaders to be both directive and inclusive. Jagoba's experience includes working with clients around the world in the life sciences, energy, technology, consumer, financial, and manufacturing industries.

Jagoba has helped organizations with their M&A integration activity delivering functional HR as well as organizational and program management expertise, bringing a structured yet versatile approach to the programs. Additionally, he has led multiple AI initiatives for clients, helping build program strategy, establishing clear measurable success criteria and guiding the execution and implementation of the solutions (RPA, machine learning and Gen AI).
