Nathan Gabig is a Principal in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Structured Finance Group聽with more than fifteen years of comprehensive experience in financial markets, credit risk analysis, SEC regulatory compliance and asset-backed securitization. He leads a team of more than 25 CFAs and modeling analysts, and has personally structured hundreds of ABS transactions across numerous asset types with an issuance value exceeding $70 billion. Nathan is a published author in the Journal of Structured Finance, and an industry-recognized SEC compliance expert who has written 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 鈥淒efining Issues鈥� white papers on regulations including Fair Value, Risk Retention and Regulation AB II. He is an elected member of the Structured Finance Industry Group (SFIG) and he currently co-chairs the ABS Securitization committee.

Nathan is passionate about the rapidly growing renewable industry and has assisted in the financing and development of more than 600 Megawatts of solar power, while also helping lead the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 SunCurve鈩� development initiative. He is a frequent speaker at investor conferences as well as the IMN Capital Market securitization circuit. Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Nathan worked as a senior analyst in Capital One鈥檚 Global Finance division. His interests in the energy sector started on the Houston trading floor of Enron as an analyst after graduating from the University of Virginia.
