Teresa is a partner in the Financial Services Tax practice of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网. She has more than 27 years of experience in federal taxation, providing tax planning and compliance services to insurance organizations.聽

Teresa鈥檚 experience includes the following:聽

• Serves several large insurance companies throughout the United States; has significant experience with tax provision reviews for SEC organizations, statutory tax provisions, and tax compliance services involving life/nonlife consolidated tax returns聽
• Various IPO services including conversions to US GAAP and preparation of related footnote disclosures聽
• Experienced with GAAP Purchase Accounting including tax calculations and related disclosures聽
• Involved with tax planning services related to international tax, corporate reorganizations, corporate acquisitions and dispositions, and various reserve issues; is also experienced in assisting organizations with examinations by the Internal Revenue Service and various state taxing authorities聽
• Experienced with the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley and has participated in all phases of the audit process related to taxes including engagement planning, control testing, and evaluation of design and operating effectiveness聽
• Director of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Insurance Tax Seminar Series and serves as the lead instructor of the classes on introductory insurance tax and financial reporting for insurance companies.聽
