Marilyn is a Tax Managing Director and leader of the Development and Exempt Organizations practice in the New England/Upstate New York region. She is also the national Higher Education Sector leader for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网. She has been with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 for fifteen years. She has more than 25 years鈥� experience in public accounting.
Marilyn has many tax exempt clients both in the healthcare and higher education sectors. She primarily assists these clients with transactions and tax issues which arise in their operations, such as qualification for tax-exempt status, computation of unrelated business income tax (鈥淯BIT鈥�), analysis of alternative investments, review of compensation and benefit arrangements and state and local tax filing obligations. She has assisted her clients with the implementation of the provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.
