Joe Fanelli is the Audit Sector Leader for the Chemicals and Performance Technologies practice at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 US. In this role, Joe leads the strategy for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 go-to-market activities, while leveraging the power of our chemical industry experience and considering our leading technology capabilities, to unlock value in our pursuits while also ensuring that we deliver an exceptional audit experience for our clients.聽聽
Joe has spent approximately 30 years serving clients within various industry groups including Chemicals, Energy, Industrial Markets, and Retail. He has an extensive background serving as the Global Lead Partner on public and private companies with a focus on multinational Fortune 500 organizations.
In addition to Joe being an accredited SEC Reviewing Partner, he also is experienced in merger and acquisition transactions, capital financings, and initial and secondary public offerings. He also has extensive accounting, SEC reporting, auditing, financial reporting technical and operational experience with large public companies.聽 Many of Joe鈥檚 client experiences include involvement in complex transformations, acquisitions/divestitures, worldwide implementations of SAP S4 Hana, as well as worldwide control redesign.聽聽
Joe is a graduate of Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
Joe is also an experienced not-for-profit board member with committee leadership responsibilities in a variety of areas.
