Jen joined the firm in the Audit practice in 1998 and was admitted to the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 partnership in 2016. With over 25 years of experience, Jen has established a consistent and influential presence in the Harrisburg office and for the past 8 years, she has led the Harrisburg office Audit practice.
As the lead audit partner for a large public integrated audit engagement, Jen has earned the trust and respect of her client's executive management team, the audit committee and her engagement team. She consistently demonstrates a keen focus on delivering comprehensive solutions to her audit client by leveraging the expertise of tax and advisory professionals on critical topics such as AI, cybersecurity, forensics, ESG, and financial due diligence. Additionally, she serves as the partner champion for several key initiatives, including the office Culture Committee, Community Impact Committee, KNOW Committee, and the Season of Giving campaign.
Jen is very active in the community, serving as a volunteer and board member for the United Way of the Capital Region, where she also holds positions on the Executive Committee as Secretary and Treasurer and chairs the Finance Committee. Additionally, Jen represents 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 as a sponsor at the Central PA Financial Executives International monthly meetings.
A licensed CPA in Pennsylvania, Jen received her bachelor鈥檚 degree in accounting from James Madison University.
