I am proud to serve as ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Private Leader and Partner in Charge of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø's Northern California Audit Practice. In my role as ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Private Leader, I work with leaders across the Firm to bring our distinct audit approach, technology-enabled execution, insights and industry and technical expertise to private companies, their founders and investors at every stage of the business. 

As Partner in Charge � Northern California Audit Practice, I lead an team of over 750 Audit partners and professionals across San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Sacramento, and Honolulu, setting and implementing our practice strategy, managing client relationships, providing technical advice to our clients and audit teams, managing our resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our audit services meet and exceeds the needs of clients and our firm.

I have over 30 years of experience serving both the public and private markets. I previously served as the Global Lead Audit Partner for one of the Firm’s largest private equity audit clients and for a leading financial institution that lends and invests in the innovation economy principally focused on technology and life sciences. I am an AICPA certified accountant and SEC Reviewing Partner. In addition to my client and audit practice activities, I serve on the Dean’s Circle Advisory Board for the University of San Francisco’s School of Management.
