Allison Downey is a partner at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, primarily servicing clients in the financial services industry, with extensive experience in banking and capital markets industries. She has also worked with clients in bio-tech, consumer & industrial markets, and technology sectors. She has over 18 years of experience providing financial statement audit and review services under both U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards, primarily to SEC registrants. Prior to joining the Boston office, Allison worked in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Madrid and New York City offices.
Allison is active in the Boston business community and involved in numerous non-profit organizations. She is a board member of Bottom Line Boston and the Notre Dame Club of Greater Boston, and represents 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 on the Boston Chamber of Commerce Women鈥檚 Network Advisory Board. She is also a co-chair of the Boston chapter of Women Corporate Directors.
Allison is a certified public accountant in Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York. She earned her Master鈥檚 and Bachelor鈥檚 degrees in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
