Her projects typically involve multi-year transformations that help clients embrace new working methodologies while preparing for future changes. She possesses expertise in people transformations, supporting platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Guidewire, and ServiceNow, among others. Kelly is a global leader in maintaining stakeholder momentum and integrating change without disrupting business as usual (BAU).
