He has more than 20 years of experience in, trading complex instruments, regulatory compliance and operational experience in the securities and financial industry. He specializes in providing regulatory and compliance advisory assistance to investment banks, securities and futures firms, exchanges, self regulatory organizations, asset managers, investment advisers, hedge funds, and private equity firms to enhance their financial and regulatory risk management efforts.
