Mike is a partner聽in the Business Tax Services practice and serves as the Partner in Charge of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 U.S. Tax Operations. Mike formerly served as both the MidAmerica Business Unit Tax Partner in Charge and Office Managing Partner of the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Cincinnati office. Mike provides client service and maintains relationships for clients throughout Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.
Recent areas of practice include complex corporate compliance, review of corporate tax provisions, and tax function optimization and automation. Mike also advises on corporate acquisitions and divestitures and leads reviews on accounting periods and methods.
Mike is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Ohio and Virginia and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Ohio Society of CPAs. Mike serves on the United Way Board for Greater Cincinnati and has completed board terms for Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC) and an eight-year term on the Accountancy Board of Ohio, which he chaired in 2015.
