Senior Manager, Global Mobility Services
Glen Collins聽is a senior manager with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚聽Global Mobility Services (GMS)聽practice and a member of its聽Mobility Consulting Services (MCS)聽team. Glen has over 15 years of experience in global immigration, international human resources (IHR) and expatriate management, having developed and led several corporate global mobility functions in the high-tech and聽professional services聽industries. He has comprehensive IHR outsourcing experience, global service delivery modeling, organizational design and process improvement, policy design and development, and vendor management within the global mobility arena.
Prior to 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Glen developed and led several corporate global mobility and immigration functions and outsourcing transitions in the high-tech and professional services industries. Specifically, he developed policies and programs to ensure employee foreign immigration and individual tax compliance, and the provision of domestic relocation and international assignment support services.
Glen currently consults on IHR policy and advises senior executives, line business and IHR professionals on the risks and complexities of the recruitment, transfer and temporary work assignment of employees abroad.
Glen is a frequent speaker at industry organizations such as the National Foreign Trade Council, the Society for Human Resources Management, the Conference Board, and the Employee Relocation Council.
Glen has a BA degree from the University of Delaware and a Graduate Certificate in International Trade & Business from the Philadelphia Institute.
