Jessie provides services related to transfer pricing planning, documentation and controversy and international tax policy.
Jessie joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2021 from the World Bank Group where she headed the Tax Office at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) -聽 the private sector arm of the Group. As Tax Office head, Jessie鈥檚 responsibilities included analyzing and proposing solutions to tax-related risks in IFC projects, and developing and implementing tax-related policies and procedures related to both the OECD Inclusive Framework and the OECD Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes, and providing thought leadership in international and responsible (sustainability) tax policy.
Prior to the World Bank Group, she was a director economist (national partner) with Baker & McKenzie Consulting LLC for over a decade, where she provided economic transfer pricing consulting and valuation services to Fortune 500 companies.聽
