Allan Colaco
Office Managing Partner, Audit
Allan is the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Stamford office managing partner and global lead audit partner, SEC reviewing partner and Account Executive for several of the firm鈥檚 significant Consumer & Retail accounts. He completed three-year rotations at the US firm鈥檚 national office in the Department of Professional Practice (DPP) in聽 New York City, and its Global Services Center (GSC) in Montvale, New Jersey. Allan started his career with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 1994 in Miami, and was admitted to the partnership in 2006.
Allan has extensive experience performing financial statement audits and audits of internal control over financial reporting, and has assisted clients with finance transformations, large-scale ERP implementations, SEC filings, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, forensics investigations, and debt restructurings.
Allan is an advisor to the Board of the NACD of Connecticut, and a former Board and Audit Committee member of the Manhattan Theatre Club.聽 He also volunteers as a Coach for the Chappaqua Youth Soccer Club and as an Assistant Coach for the Church of St. John and St. Mary鈥檚 youth basketball team.
