Julie Chapel
Director, Washington National Tax
Julie is a Director in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Washington National Tax 鈥� Credits and Incentives group.聽 Julie has over 13 years of experience working on tax issues involving businesses, particularly in the oil and natural gas industry.聽 Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, she was a Senior Attorney at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Large Business & International Division.聽 At the IRS, she was one of the primary authors of the I.R.C. 搂 45Q credit for carbon oxide sequestration regulations and served as a subject matter expert for the petroleum and chemical industries.
