Julie is a Managing Director in the Incentives & Credits group for the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Washington National Tax practice.聽Julie has over 16 years of experience working on tax issues involving businesses, particularly in the oil and natural gas industry.聽Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, she was a Senior Attorney at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Large Business & International Division.聽At the IRS, she was one of the primary authors of the I.R.C. 搂 45Q credit for carbon oxide sequestration regulations and served as a subject matter expert for the petroleum and chemical industries.
