In his current role, Carl is responsible for helping to design and execute growth strategy, people initiatives and service-quality activities. Carl also ensures that Advisory鈥檚 operational functions support and align with the business鈥檚 strategic goals, and he is deeply involved in the career and skills development of Advisory鈥檚 professionals. Most recently, Carl has been instrumental in expanding the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Advisory practice beyond its traditional service areas to include a new strategy division to compete with the country鈥檚 top strategy firms. When working with clients, Carl strives to put their best interests at the top of his agenda and to bring the full breadth of the firm to address their business challenges. He believes that companies, whether adjusting to new risk environments, rapidly changing public policy and regulatory reforms, or disruptive technologies, can capitalize on change to achieve profitable growth and a successful future. In recognition of his efforts, Carl was named in 2013 as one of Consulting Magazine鈥檚 Top 25 Consultants for excellence in client service.
