Nick Burgmeier

Nick聽is a Partner in the Accounting Standards Group within 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 US Department of Professional Practice, specializing in revenue recognition and business combinations.
Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Nick spent two years at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) as a practice fellow where he led standard setting initiatives related to the new revenue standard and business combinations. Nick also developed FASB views on revenue recognition implementation issues discussed at the Joint FASB/IASB Revenue Recognition Transition Resources Group.聽
Prior to the FASB, Nick spent twelve years at another Big 4 firm with roles in M&A Transaction Services, National Office and audit. In M&A, Nick led due diligence, financial structuring and other advisory services for both corporate and financial buyers.
Nick graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Management Information Systems.
