Brian is a Principal in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Dallas office. He serves as the National Telecom Segment Leader for the Tax practice and the Global Lead Tax Principal for several large communications clients. Brian has more than 20 years of experience in helping his clients navigate through the ever-changing tax landscape and assisting with transformations in their tax functions.
His primary area of client service delivery is providing state and local tax services, representing clients across a broad range of industries in numerous state and local tax jurisdictions. Focus areas include indirect tax consulting, refund recovery and audit defense for taxes such as sales and use tax, gross receipts tax and communications taxes. Brian also serves clients in industries such as media, technology, energy, power and utility and retail.
Brian is a frequent speaker on state and local tax issues for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 internal and external training programs and seminars.
