Mark is a Managing Director in the Advisory practice with more than 30 years of Information Technology (IT) advisory and consulting experience and has spent the last 11 years in the ServiceNow ecosystem. He serves as one of the leaders in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 IT business management solution areas and focuses within the practice in the financial services market. Mark鈥檚 focus is on helping organizations transform the way they run IT by better aligning IT operations with the needs of the business as well as taking advantage of emerging technologies. He has served in lead client-facing roles as account director, program manager, and strategic consultant. Mark鈥檚 experience, background, and thought leadership capabilities help him guide clients who are looking to tackle complex IT challenges through transformation; while taking advantage of incredible change happening in the marketplace.
