Timothy is a Partner in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Department of Professional Practice (DPP) and has worked at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 for over 17 years during his career. As a member of DPP, Tim leads the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Regulatory Matters topic team. He assists companies with interpreting and implementing new and existing SEC regulations and guidance. He is a frequent contributor to technical publications and is a regular speaker at various national conferences.
Tim is also a member of the Center for Audit Quality鈥檚 (CAQ鈥檚) SEC Regulations Committee and Audit Reporting Task Force and former Chair of the CAQ鈥檚 International Practices Task Force.
Tim previously served as a Partner at a regional CPA firm where he led the SEC audit practice.聽He was a Partner and the National Director of Audit for a national CPA firm. Tim has been a lead engagement partner and engagement quality control review partner for various public and private company audits, and he led a number of large multi-national integrated audits earlier in his career.
