Kevin Brogan
Principal, Washington National Tax
Kevin is a Principal in the International Tax group for the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Washington National Tax practice 听and provides advice on a wide range of international tax issues, for both multinational and private equity clients, including Pillar Two, foreign tax credits, foreign currency, earnings-stripping limitations, anti-hybrid and dual consolidated loss limitations, and loss planning. Throughout his career, Kevin has worked on numerous cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and internal restructurings.
Kevin is a frequent presenter at internal and external events.
Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Kevin served as a tax director for a large U.S. multinational corporation and before that was an associate at a prominent New York City law firm.
Kevin earned a BS degree,听summa cum laude, in mathematics from Georgetown University, a JD degree,听cum laude, from Harvard Law School, and an LLM degree in taxation from New York University.
