Frederik Bort is a Managing Director with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 New York Professional Practice Group (National Office 鈥� EVS). He has more than 15 years of experience in valuation and transaction related matters for public and private clients. Frederik first joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Advisory practice in Stuttgart, Germany in 2001. He was on rotation with the EVS practice in New York for the years 2008 and 2009 and returned to the New York office in 2012.聽 Frederik joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Department of Professional Practice in June 2017.
Frederik has been responsible for various valuation and purchase price engagements for domestic and global clients predominantly in the healthcare and telecommunications sector. He has extensive experience with regard to the valuation of intangible assets in complex settings and involving US GAAP as well as IFRS.
