Brittany is a Senior Manager on rotation in the ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Department of Professional Practice (DPP).  She has more than 12 years of experience providing audit services to consumer, pharmaceutical and life science clients. Brittany has primarily provided professional audit services to publicly traded companies in accordance with PCAOB requirements and both U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards. She has a thorough understanding of SEC rules and regulations and has been involved in numerous debt and equity offerings. Brittany graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting. She is a licensed CPA in California.
