Sean D. Bloodwell is a Partner and Global Head of Compliance Management Services at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 LLP. He has more than 15 years of experience with tax compliance and consulting, merger and acquisition planning, tax controversy work, and state tax planning and compliance, and he has extensive experience in the preparation and review of domestic and international income tax provisions.
Sean serves many large multinational corporations from a provision review perspective with respect to their financial statement audit, and serves in a leadership capacity for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Philadelphia tax co-sourcing team. In addition, Sean had led a team of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Tax partners and managers in developing and implementing a standardized process for preparing income tax provisions for clients, including the development of a software platform to improve quality and efficiency.
Sean has presented at Tax Executives Institute and other continuing professional education events in Pennsylvania on emerging federal income tax and income tax accounting issues, and frequently serves as an instructor at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 national training events.
Sean is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a BS degree from Villanova University.
