Lucia joined the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Global Transfer pricing team in Milan in 2015 and her experience includes:
- implementation of TP policies (gap analysis and functional analysis) in the light of BEPS developments;
- assistance in the preparation of TP documentation (Italian tax law and OECD Guidelines);
- support to multinational Groups during tax audits pre-litigation and litigation phases in front of the Tax Authorities with a special focus on transfer pricing and attribution of profit to Permanent Establishment issues;
- Assistance in Unilateral and Bilateral APAs as well as in MAP procedures and ICAP procedures.
Lucia is also currently coordinating the first impact assessment projects and the activities related to the local implementation of the OECD legislation on BEPS Pillar 1 and Pillar 2.
Before joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, she worked 16 years for the Italian Tax Authority. She worked as head of one of the units of the APA Office in Milan supervising the conclusion of APAs and contributing to the preparation of technical analysis in support of MAP procedures. She set up the first Transfer pricing team inside the Lombardy Large Business Taxpayer鈥檚 Office, dealing with transfer pricing audits, assessment and risk analyses. In 2012, she became head of tax audits and risk analysis in the Lombardy Large Business Taxpayer鈥檚 Office. for leading institutions offering ongoing professional training in the field of accounting and tax law.
