Sean Austin advises a range of clients from multinationals to private equity and other investment funds on a broad range of partnership matters.聽He also regularly advises the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Mergers & Acquisitions Tax group on complex partnership transactions in a broad cross-section of industries.
Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Sean was an associate at a leading law firm where he advised some of the largest private equity sponsors on a wide range of tax issues with respect to domestic and international funds and investments, as well as planning, structuring and implementing several of the sponsors鈥� public offerings. In addition, Sean worked on numerous complex mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, joint ventures, and financings, including a number of traditional 鈥渦p-C鈥� public offerings.
Sean has a BS degree in biology from Massachusetts Institute聽of Technology and a JD degree, magna cum laude, from New York University School of Law.

Client services include transaction structuring, the issuance of opinions, and requesting private letter rulings.聽
