Camille Asaro is the Audit Sector Leader for Private Equity and has more than 32 years of experience in financial reporting, internal controls, valuation, and governance in the financial services industry. Camille is the Global Lead Partner for private investment companies with assets under management up to $300 billion. Camille is a certified alternative investment analyst (CAIA).

Camille is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Most recently, Camille spoke at the Women’s Private Capital Summit addressing how CIOs are viewing the current environment and at the Women’s Annual Investors Forum discussing the resilience of women in the Financial Services Industry. Additionally, Camille has authored thought leadership through her work with the Women in Alternative Investment survey, “Power or Peril?â€� “The Call to Act,â€� and “Realizing the Return on Gender Diversity.â€� She is a founding contributor of the ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Women in Alternative Investments Report. 

Camille is passionately involved with the ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø diversity and inclusion initiative specifically focusing on positioning underrepresented groups for career success and board seats. Currently, Camille serves as a board director for the Women’s Forum of New York, sits on the leadership council for Women Corporate Director’s New York Chapter and is a member on the steering committee for the Annual Investors Forum Network. Previously, Camille served as the lead board director for Women Corporate Directors Foundation (WCD). 

Camille received her BSBA in accounting from Hofstra University’s Frank G. Zarb School of Business and is a certified public accountant and a certified alternative investment analyst. Camille has been recognized in Crane’s New York Business 2020 Notable Women in Accounting and Consulting.
