Mark Achord, JD, LL.M., is a Tax Managing Director at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 LLP based out of its Philadelphia office. Mark has almost fifteen years of experience focusing on multistate corporate income tax planning and tax controversy. Mark has represented numerous clients in appeals and claims for refund in the areas of state corporate income tax, personal income tax, utility gross receipts taxes, and local business privilege taxes. He has a broad range of industry experience including retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, energy, and financial services. Mark also serves as a firm-wide specialist with respect to Pennsylvania and Philadelphia taxes. He received his B.B.A. in Finance from George Washington University and received his JD and LL.M in Taxation from Temple University. Mark is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.
