How do I register for a CPE webcast?
On the FRV home page, on topic pages and throughout the site you will see articles about upcoming CPE webcasts. Click the article about the webcast and then on 鈥楻egister Now.鈥� After you register, you will receive a registration confirmation with instructions about how to access the event.
How do I join a webcast?
Access a webcast by a) clicking the 鈥淎ttend webcast鈥� button on your Participant Details or Starting soon confirmation email b) clicking the 鈥淎ttend now鈥� button on the webcast page on the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 website c) clicking the 鈥淎ttend now鈥� button on the webcast page on FRV CPE page or d) clicking on the link within your downloaded calendar hold from your confirmation email.
Where can I access a playback of the webcast?
On-demand playbacks will be posted to the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 website approximately one week following webcast completion. Click on On Demand to access webcast replays.
You also can access archived webcasts the same way that you access CPE webcasts 鈥� from the FRV home page or from the various topic pages throughout FRV. From the webcast article page, click the 鈥楲aunch Replay鈥� button. Archived webcasts are not eligible for CPE credit.

Can I receive a copy of the presentation materials?
Presentation materials can be accessed directly within the webcast player using the Handouts tab.聽 Materials from FRV webcasts will be emailed to participants in our post event communications.
What is CPE?
Most U.S. states require continuing professional education (CPE) for certified public accountants (CPAs) to maintain active licenses. The National Association of State Boards of Accountancy's (NASBA's) Regulatory Compliance Services division offers several programs that assist state boards and their licensees by determining high-quality CPE providers. The National Registry of CPE Sponsors (Registry) lists organizations that provide high-quality CPE in accordance with nationally recognized standards. 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 LLP is registered with NASBA as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credits.
聽What are the requirements to be eligible for CPE credit?
- Must view the live webcast for at least 50 minutes per credit hour
- Answer three polling or interactivity questions per 50 minutes of content
- Provide 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 LLP with a valid email address to receive the applicable certificate
- Please note, partial credit is not available if an attendee exits early.
When is the CPE subject confirmed?
The final CPE and Field of Study will be confirmed after delivery of the program. We are unable to confirm specific subject areas in advance.
Do you offer partial CPE credit?
Partial credit is not available for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 webcasts.
Do I need to complete the exit survey to receive CPE credit?
While responding to the exit survey is not a requirement to receive CPE credit, we greatly appreciate your feedback and encourage you to do so.
When/How will I get my CPE certificate?
You will receive a notification at the email address you used to join the session once CPE processing is complete.
- If you聽are not聽a 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 partner or employee,听your CPE credit will be recorded in your 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网聽聽transcript within approximately two weeks, with no further action from you.聽
- If you聽补谤别听a 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 partner or employee, your CPE credit will be recorded in Focus (乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 learning management system), with no further action from you.
What is the difference between a CPE and an archived webcast?
A CPE webcast is a live event that is eligible for CPE credit to qualified participants. After the live event, the webcast is archived and is available for playback. Archived webcasts are generally not eligible for CPE credit, unless specifically indicated.
Is there a fee for attending a webcast?
There are no fees to register or attend a live webcast.聽 However, most of our webcasts are converted to CPE-eligible Executive Education self-study courses which require a nominal fee.
Can I join a CPE webcast that is already in progress?
Yes. You can access a CPE webcast at any point during the broadcast. However, to receive CPE credit, you must also meet the CPE eligibility requirements.
Can multiple participants sign onto one computer?
No, multiple participants cannot sign onto one computer. Each participant must be individually logged into the session via their own computer to receive CPE credit.
I was not pre-registered for the webcast. Do I still qualify for CPE?
Participants do not need to pre-register, but all participants must attend the event individually to qualify for CPE credit.
Can I qualify for CPE credit if I am from the United States but will be watching from outside the United States?
Yes, when logging into the event, simply provide a valid email address to which we can send your certificate.
Why did I not qualify for CPE credits?
If you did not qualify for CPE credits it is because either you were not logged in for the required duration, or you did not respond to the required number of polling questions.
Do you offer CLE credits?
乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 is not a CLE sponsor, so we are unable to issue CLE credits for our courses. 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 is only approved to issue CPE credits.
Is 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 an IRS Approved CE Provider?
乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 is an approved IRS CE provider, but only some of our internal courses are IRS approved. None of our external courses qualify as IRS approved courses for EA credit.
