Literacy has a profound effect on a child鈥檚 lifelong success, enhancing cognitive development and tapping into knowledge and creativity. Literacy serves as the foundation for building lifelong learners and unlocking their unlimited potential.
The mission of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Family for Literacy (KFFL), a fund of the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 U.S. Foundation, is to eradicate childhood illiteracy by putting new books and educational resources into the hands of children in need and developing the next generation of young leaders through reading. KFFL, in collaboration with nonprofit social enterprise, First Book, has provided over 7 million new books to children in low-income communities since its inception in 2008
